Ensuring plant availability due to high safety standards Planning of maintenance, maintenance and repair of complex ventilation, heating, refrigeration, steam and wastewater treatment plants and electrical installations Compliance with operator requirements and maintenance requirements, taking into account statutory requirements and manufacturer specifications Activities in active high-security laboratories and livestock holdings of biosafety levels BSL2 and BSL3 Control and monitoring of external firms in carrying out maintenance and maintenance measures including: the necessary documentation Alarm tracking and alarm monitoring at the GLT building control technology Monitoring and supplementing of materials to technical installations Participation in technical readiness

A degree as a Diplom-Ingenieur or Master in Plant Engineering, Supply Technology, Hospital Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Similar minimum. 3 years of professional experience Required expertise and personal skills Self-employed and structured work A strong communication and team capability Controlling the German language on C1 level Good knowledge of English A driving licence of class B is required Security in the practical application of Microsoft Office programs Special sense of responsibility due to the high safety standards and flexibility in terms of working time and tasks High physical loadability Approval to the boiler or readiness to develop boilers
