You actively support our employees in the Erfurt area as well as in neighbouring federal states in all IT applications – reliable, solution-oriented and with pleasure in service-oriented communication. You will be able to communicate complex technical relationships in a comprehensible manner and make the everyday working of the users noticeably easier by continuously optimizing the IT infrastructure. In your working day: IT support & user support: You are the first point of contact with IT questions and help our employees with their know-how – understandable, solution-oriented and always at eye level.

System support & Field Service: Whether on site or remote – you ensure that our operating applications and IT processes in the Erfurt area run smoothly.

Second- & third-level support: from Windows server environments to Active Directory and user administration to system-critical services: You take over the analysis, administration and sustainable solution of complex infrastructure topics in 2nd and 3rd level support with a focus on server management.

Project implementation & IT standards: You bring your expertise into nationwide IT projects and actively support the introduction and implementation of new IT standards.

Coordination & Communication: You work closely with regional IT teams, nationwide IT compliance centers and external service providers – binding and reliable.

Location operations: From planning to the first login – you accompany the technical equipment of new locations and ensure a successful start.

completed training in IT, for example as a specialist in system integration, or a comparable qualification at least three to five years of professional experience in IT support or IT administration, ideally in decentralized structures or corporate environment very good knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft 365 as well as experience in installation, configuration and troubleshooting in hardware and software User management experience with Windows Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) as well as basic knowledge in the areas of Server (Windows Server), LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP and general IT infrastructure Advantageous knowledge of the setup and management of end devices (laptops, desktop PCs, printers, mobile devices) as well as experience with MDM solutions (e.g. intune) Experience in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, guidance and knowledge databases on sustainable process support project-related cooperation in IT rollouts, migrations or infrastructure projects with structured working methods and responsibility Basic understanding for IT security topics such as patch management, antivirus protection, authorization concepts and secure configuration of clients practical experience in 1st and 2nd level support, including analysis and solution of technical problems by remote maintenance (e.g. TeamViewer, AnyDesk) very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge
