You dispose national and international partial and complete charges and ensure a timely settlement You process freight requests and alerts on your own, create comparison offers and negotiate with service providers The handling of air and sea freight transport is one of your tasks as well as the organisation of express deliveries and special trips Proactively sight cargoes, accompany shipment tracking and inform our customers about status and deviations In addition, check forwarding invoices for accuracy, conditions and scope of performance and clarify differences independently

You have completed commercial vocational training, ideally as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) and have first relevant professional experience Funded knowledge in the field of piece goods, FTL, LTL and sea freight supplement your professional qualification You have very good English skills (min. level B2) and are safe to handle Microsoft Office Your independent and structured working methods as well as your team skills and flexible willingness to use are characterized
