IT Manager (m/f/d)

In this key position, you are responsible for all the company's location-related and European IT activities and at the same time ensure the alignment with global IT strategies, standards and cyber security requirements. As a central IT contact and business partner of the local management, you form the interface between the operating business and the corporate IT, thereby driving forward initiatives for business and technology transformation. From the initiation to the introduction, you lead location-related IT projects, coordinate the resources from Group IT, service providers and specialist departments and drive strategic programs such as ERP extensions, the integration of manufacturing systems and the modernisation of infrastructure. In the field of ERP and enterprise systems, you actively support improvements, ensure common and uniform system usage and act as a local escalation center for ERP integrations, reporting solutions, EDI processes and the connection of manufacturing systems. You are responsible for compliance with local and global IT governance and compliance policies. In doing so, you will ensure the implementation of the corporate policies, cyber security standards and change management processes, accompany audit and risk management activities, promote standardization and reduce local technology variants to a reasonable degree. You ensure a stable and secure operation of production and business systems and are responsible for infrastructure upgrades, budgeting, cost optimization, and SLAs and contracts with service providers. You have completed their studies in information technology, computer science, engineering or comparable qualifications. Long-standing professional experience in the IT field as well as experience in the management of IT and project teams distinguish you. ERP platforms for manufacturing are familiar to you. Topics such as IT governance, cyber security, infrastructure and business applications can be well understood. Whether in conversation with the management or in exchange with specialist departments – you convince with excellent stakeholder management and clear, effective communication. In German as well as English you negotiate safely and move effortlessly in an international environment.
