We are looking for reinforcements in the field of antitrust law of the OBI Group's Group's Corporate Law Department. In close cooperation with the business divisions, the OBI Group's Group's Group's Corporate Legal Division manages and manages the commercial and legally targeted design and practice of antitrust within the OBI Group, including the strategic development of this area.

Legal support: Comprehensive legal support for the strategic area of antitrust law for the entire OBI group

Project management: Accompanying strategic projects such as M&A projects, digital platforms and extensions of the franchise system in Germany and abroad

Internationality: antitrust control of the OBI Group's worldwide activities in close cooperation with our local teams abroad

Interface management: Strategic management of external law firms as well as continuous support of business partners:

Qualification: Successfully completed studies as a full lawyer:in

Experience: Ideally at least three years of relevant professional experience in a law firm or a legal department focusing on antitrust law
