In the position, as an operating product-professional (m/w/d) you carry out the response to the economic and technical control of mechatronic products over their entire life cycle. The focus is on the transformation of market potential and customer needs into clear demands and successful solutions. The role combines market understanding and capacity to develop products that set standards and deliver real customer benefits. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Experience in product development and responsibility as well as in the lateral guidance of interdisciplinary teams Knowledge of requirements management, ideally ISO 29148 Experience with classic and agile development models Knowledge of life cycle processes of pharmaceutical packaging systems, ideally ISO 15288 Good understanding of market analysis, trends and the competitive environment Structured thinking with focus on business value, costs and reusability Excellent communication skills for cooperation with different stakeholders
