As Senior Solution Engineer - SAP SuccessFactors public service (m/w/d) you support our public sector customers in the introduction of modern HR software solutions and contribute to the digital transformation in the human resource sector. Advice and implementation: You advise our customers in the public sector in the introduction and development of SAP SuccessFactors and take a leading role in the design and implementation of sustainable HR process solutions. Responsibility: You take the lead of a workstream in HR-IT implementation projects for the public sector. Variety of tasks: You analyse requirements, design HR processes, develop solutions and implement SuccessFactors with our public sector customers. Knowledge Sharing: You pass on your expertise and sector knowledge, coach junior team members and work with colleagues from HR areas such as change management across functions. Further development: The expansion of your know-how in agile working methods, HR IT concepts and project management is the key to success in this position.

Higher education in the field of computer science, economics, engineering or natural sciences and min. 3 years of professional experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors in the public sector or with a consulting company Experience in managing a workstream as part of a HR transformation in one or more SuccessFactors modules including appropriate certification knowledge in the public sector and in digital trends and the ability to introduce new technologies into HR processes Embossed skills in the fields of analytical thinking and problem solving, sovereign appearance and presentation, customer and performance orientation German and English very well in word and writing
