Analysis of existing business processes and identification of optimization potentials, in particular with regard to digitalization and automation Development and implementation of pragmatic solutions to increase efficiency and process improvement Accompanying change and transformation projects and ensuring a sustainable implementation of new processes Presentation of workshops with specialist areas and active support of teams in the introduction of new working methods and procedures Close cross-departmental cooperation with specialist departments Development and implementation of process standards and governance structures Definition, monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs and preparation of sound decision bases

Experiences in process optimization projects and methodological knowledge (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, KVP) Detection of professional experience in process management and knowledge in the field of process standards and governance as well as control of processes Very good understanding of business processes in insurance Affinity for digital tools and interest in organizational development Safety in modeling processes Very good communication and moderation capabilities, analytical thinking Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Very good German and good English skills
