For our team Commercial & Projects in the field of Corporate Legal, Compliance & Insurances, we are looking for a dedicated lawyer who wants to contribute his/her expertise in general economic law to an exciting role in an internationally operating company. You address group divisions and subsidiaries in Germany and abroad in all matters of civil and economic law, especially in the area of sales. You examine, uncover and negotiate international contracts and support projects with a focus on new business models in sales. Your specialist focus is on sales law and contract law and ideally in IT contract law. You develop legal model documents, contract standards and internal guidelines.
