Control of activities in the area BIM of the North branch Coordination of BIM projects at the Nord branch Accompanying the departments in the successful implementation of BIM in projects Processing project-related tasks related to BIM methodology Technical advice and opinions on the use of BIM Implementation of project-specific individual training

Higher education (Diplom/Master) in the field of civil engineering, construction informatics, comparable qualifications or equivalent suitability acquired by professional experience Knowledge and practical experience in the handling of BIM projects and project management Experience in interdisciplinary project management Safe handling of coordination, testing and authoring software in the BIM environment and knowledge in infrastructure projects, HOAI performance phases and planning processes Experience in organizing and conducting workshops and training Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1 according to GER/CEFR)

That would be desirable: Experience with collaborative working methods and the use of collaboration tools (CDE) Experience in data and process management High affinity for digital working methods and processes

Group of charges: E14 Remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group.
