Strategic responsibility for the economic development and positioning of regional locations Development and implementation of future-oriented usage concepts as well as initiation and support of renovation and new construction projects Leadership of the organisational unit according to corporate objectives, including personnel development, communication, equality and occupational safety Design and control of product and service offerings, including marketing, sales and cooperation management Management of regional institutions: Budget planning and control, personnel use, opening planning, operational safety Ensuring legal and efficient operation and seasonal operational readiness Care and development of institutional customer relationships to ensure utilisation and customer satisfaction Representation of institutions to the public, partners and internal bodies

University degree in BWL or comparable qualification or equivalent professional experience Multiannual professional and management experience, in particular in the control of larger organisational units Experience in dealing with relevant customer groups and public stakeholders Knowledge of complex personnel planning and deployment processes Business thinking and acting Ability to structure work and planning processes Communication skills, empathy and enforcement Clear market and customer orientation High sense of responsibility and joy of decision JOBV1_EN
