You take the competent and customer-oriented execution of incoming customer requests (via phone, consultant chat, or mail) You control customer support around the account opening and account management including bank-specific processes for German-speaking end customers You check and care carefully and reliably customer data You work closely with our internal specialist departments and support them in implementing different projects You ensure that your ideas are implemented and processes are continuously optimized

Closed commercial training or professional experience in customer service, experience in financial services is advantageous Ideally, you already have first experience in telephone and written customer consulting A pronounced service and customer orientation characterize you Your strengths include good expressiveness, communication strength and team skills A safe handling of the MS Office package and the willingness to learn something new again and again, complete your profile
