Category Manager Pflanzenschutz & Biozide DE / AT (m/f/d)

Responsible control and further development of the product portfolio in the category Plant Protection and Biocides with focus on Germany and Austria holistic product management over the entire life cycle – from identifying new market potentials to successful market launch Development of new product concepts based on market, competitive and customer analyses Creating sound business cases and controlling internal decision-making processes Ensuring successful implementation of new products in close cooperation with cross-functional teams Continuous analysis and optimization of the portfolio under economic and regulatory requirements Control of all operational product management tasks, including providing product information, supporting forecasting and inventory management, and ensuring master data quality

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management or a comparable qualification focusing on marketing / product management Multiannual professional experience in product or category management, ideally in a regulated environment Experience in the development and control of product portfolios Embossed analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented working and a high number affinity High self-responsibility and implementation strength in a dynamic, operational environment Communication and presentation strength as well as safe occurrence to internal and external stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
