Your tasks:

We are looking for an experienced technical object manager who ensures the safety and efficiency of our Rosenberg quarter. As part of our facility management team, you will be responsible for the technical support and maintenance of the quarter

• Ensuring the legal operator's obligations and organisation of maintenance, expertise and expertise
• Coordination of home technicians and external service providers in coordination with the Operations Manager
• Negotiating framework agreements and ensuring the complete ordering process
• Project management, construction management and coordination of specialist planners and executive companies for reconstruction projects and maintenance/repair measures

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as a technician or master in the field of building technology or a comparable discipline
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of the technical support and maintenance of buildings and installations
• Experience in the independent control and coordination of external service providers and craftsmen
• Good communication and organization skills
• Ability to work under pressure and set priorities
• Ready to call and work outside regular working hours
