With a new gastronomic flair, a regional but modern menu, a unique event location and a new banquet and conference facility, we offer seating capacity for up to 300 guests a stylish and targeted ambience for business guests, tourists and family celebrations. Technical management of the service and banquet team incl. Staff deployment planning Responsibility for the outdoor and indoor appearance of restaurant areas including all back office areas of service activities Organisation of all workflows and processes in restaurant and event operation Controlling and economic monitoring of the key figures for the restaurant operation specified by the management Introduction, development and monitoring of HACCP and quality standards according to operational and legal requirements Construction, development and implementation of efficient and up-to-date supplier management for the restaurant business Representative tasks inside and outside and ensuring a high quality of service Close exchange and cooperation with the kitchen management and the management Support and implementation of services Support of management in the implementation of all measures and processes to achieve the specified objectives and agreements within the meaning of internal and external operational success
