Central contact person for our trainers: You accompany, advise and support our training managers throughout Germany. This will help you to ensure the quality and uniformity of our training. Ensure and expand training quality: You develop concepts, processes and instruments that define and continuously improve our training standards. To ensure that our training remains measurably more effective and sustainable. Conception & implementation: You develop content, programs and formats, for example for in-house learning offers, our training academy or group-wide events such as the Welcome Days. Networking & Cooperations: You work closely with professional schools, innations and industrial partners, tune content and check which educational services should be purchased or developed internally. Strategic development: You think training holistic – from the need analysis, the development of new approaches, the initiation of measures and other success factors for long-term early retirement.

Your profile

Completed technical training in the field of plant mechanics SHK, electrical engineering or refrigeration technology, ideally master, technician (m/w/d) or alternatively a study in a technical course with experience in crafts. Existing training (AEVO) as well as experience as an instructor or trainer (m/w/d) in the technical environment, e.g. a vocational school. Practical knowledge in building or controlling training concepts. Communication and consulting skills at eye level – combined with very good German skills (C2). Germany-wide readiness to travel. Structured, conceptual working with pedagogical understanding. Enthusiasm for training, high quality standards and craft excellence.
