Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of 4 employees in the technical service Technical guidance and support of the team in costing, work preparation and planning Responsibility for offering calculation and creation including supplementary management Assessment of production costs in civil and road construction Defining the supply strategy, monitoring the building simulation and ensuring more competitive, VOB/A-compliant offers Ensuring optimal work preparation of acquired construction projects in coordination with the branch and superstructure management Participation in contract negotiations and participation in bidder and education talks Implementation of the corporate and branch objectives and further development of the internal technical service

Graduate degree as a civil engineer (w/m/d), preferably in the field of civil engineering and road construction (w/m/d) with comparable knowledge At least 5 years of experience in costing and construction management/work preparation in the field of deep and road construction In-depth knowledge of building contract law (VOB, BGB), in particular in procurement and contract law, in environmental regulations and basics in labour law Secure handling of design-specific software applications (e.g. iTWO, PowerProject) as well as Microsoft Office and AI apps Self-employed and earnings-oriented working methods, pronounced project management and leadership skills, complemented by a pronounced economic and entrepreneurial thinking and action
