In order to expand the service offensive in the German-speaking region and at the same time increase the operational excellence of the existing service center, we are looking for you as a workshop manager (m/w/d) at the Hamburg location – Raum Hamburg. In this function you have the overall responsibility for the operational management, economic management and personnel development of the service company on site. In addition, you work closely with the central specialist departments and work in implementing the service and sales strategy.

Completed technical or craft training, ideally with master or technician completion Multiannual professional experience in the technical service environment, ideally with first leadership responsibility Business understanding (cost, planning, costing) Leading, motivating, with a secure appearance towards employees and customers Enthusiasm for technology, service quality and continuous improvement
