This is what awaits you Creation and processing of 3D models with Autodesk Revit in the field of technical fire protection systems Planning and construction of piping systems, cable paths and tray guides Creation of execution, work and assembly planning Coordination and coordination of specialist models with internal and external project participants Implementation of collision tests and participation in model-based coordination Creation and maintenance of BIM-compliant plant documentation Introduction of changes according to project and construction progress Support of project management in technical planning and implementation Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, guidelines and BIM requirements Participation in the further development of BIM standards, modeling guidelines and work processes

Technical training with further training to the technician or master, studies in the field of supply technology, electrical engineering, building technology or comparable qualification First experience in the design or planning of technical installations Safe handling of Autodesk Revit Knowledge of BIM methodology and interest in digital planning processes Understanding pipe systems, cable connections and technical building equipment Structured, independent and quality-oriented operation Team skills and communication strength in interdisciplinary projects knowledge of AutoCAD, ecsCAD or eXsCAD as well as experience in fire detection technology, building automation or safety technology are advantageous
