You plan and run projects in the HKL-Kleinanlagenbau incl. Customer advice from They plan and perform maintenance services and resulting repairs They develop refurbishment and modernization measures to optimize energy at building technology plants (HKL) You work out maintenance offers and calculate them You coordinate and monitor your projects in technical, terminological and commercial terms You are running your service technicians:inside They coordinate material deliveries, subcontractors and external service providers You are responsible for project accounting, reporting and project controlling You document commercial and track the costs of your projects

They are engineer:in utility technology or technicians:in the area of heating, ventilation and Refrigeration technology You have project experience in ventilation, refrigeration and heating technology (maintenance and/or construction) You have experience in control and control technology for HKL systems They have good MS Office and CAD skills They work structured, are an organizational institution and have a good priority They are customer- and solution-oriented and pragmatic You want to develop customers and generate additional business
