You are responsible for the distribution of complex work orders and the coordination of team tasks, including appointment monitoring. In addition, you will ensure the further development and operation of FISBOX® specialist procedures, including quality assurance, test planning and implementation, as well as professional consulting and process analysis. You support the digital transformation of administration by developing modern IT solutions that promote efficiency and proximity to citizens in the country's administration processes.

You have a completed relevant higher education of computer science or a comparable degree course or you have comparable knowledge. You have many years of experience in application management and development, as well as experience in .Net, C# and knowledge in Blazor, Angular and SQL. You bring several years of experience in processes of incident, problem, change and release management. You have experiences in modern IT architectures (e.g. cloud) and IT security technologies as well as their documentation. Knowledge and practical experience in project management are advantageous. You are analytical, planned and targeted at difficult and complex tasks and bring them to a successful conclusion.
