Siltronic is one of the world's largest manufacturers of pure silicon wafers and partners of many leading chip manufacturers with around 4,400 employees and production facilities in Europe, Asia and the USA. We develop and manufacture wafers with a diameter of up to 300 mm. Currently, we are strengthening our team in Burghausen or Freiberg with an operational Information Security Expert (m/w/d) in full time. Processing of Security Incidents, Operational Activities and Processing of Internal Requests for Information Security Topics Cooperation with the external service provider as part of the SOC and Vulnerability Management Services Processing of protection requirements analyses and risk assessments Cooperation / support in company-wide projects to secure information security Focus on the operation of Operational Technology Security Solutions

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or completed IT training with relevant experience Expertise in IT and/or information security Know-how desirable in the analysis of IT security incidents and alarms as well as SOC experience or knowledge of vulnerability management High operational readiness, problem-solving competence, team and communication skills as well as a targeted and independent operation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
