The planning and implementation of both internal and external events is in your hands, helping you to ensure that every event, whether a meeting, a conference or a team event, is perfectly prepared and professionally implemented. As a communicative interface, you provide a smooth flow of information, both internally and externally, and keep an overview of important data flows, e.g. in cooperation with our legal entities at the other locations. Their support in implementing projects is of great importance and contributes significantly to success Your further tasks include classic assistance tasks such as the creation of presentations, the preparation of documents and the careful processing of correspondence.

They have completed commercial training or studies in the field of BWL/VWL or comparable and can already look back on relevant professional experience in assistance, ideally in management or a dynamic working environment Your very good knowledge of MS Office and initial experience with SAP will help you to perform your tasks efficiently They work structured, independent and keep an overview even in stressful situations Your excellent communication skills and your ability to prioritize complex tasks are the key to the international or national environment (English C1) They work independently as well as in the team always solution-oriented and with high professionalism
