• They take over the complete processing and customs of sea freight export shipments in compliance with all legal, customs and internal requirements.
• They dispose of container transport including ramps and carry out independent bookings at shipping companies.
• They are tracking shipments from pickup to arrival at the destination.
• They take over the handling of dangerous goods.
• You process complaints based on solution and within your competence.
• They communicate professionally with internal departments, customers, shipping companies and other partners.
• They conduct customer-specific reporting.
