As Head of Department (m/w/d), you are responsible for the management, development and future-oriented orientation of our IT infrastructure and the associated teams depending on the respective business requirements In this course you are responsible for four departments with a total of approx. 30 employees incl. budget and personnel planning In addition, the definition and implementation of the company-wide IT strategy in this area is one of your main tasks You are responsible for ensuring smooth IT operation and continuous improvement of IT processes Management of IT projects in the IT infrastructure environment is another focus of your work In addition, you will always have the personal and professional development of your employees in mind and motivate them to the highest performances A partnership with all relevant functional areas within IT and within the company completes your exciting task

You bring a completed technical study, a technical training or a comparable qualification with You have gained many years of leadership experience in IT infrastructure, preferably in a company from the manufacturing industry. You have extensive and practice-proven expertise in network infrastructures, server landscapes, virtualization solutions, storage and backup systems as well as IT security In addition, you can demonstrate relevant experience in the operation of IT infrastructures and the implementation of IT projects as well as IT Service Management You have a high level of responsibility and a solution-oriented and structured way of working In the management and implementation of IT projects within the organization you are always targeted It has a high level of communication and motivation, reliability and organizational skills An empathic team leadership associated with leadership, even under high load is of course for you A plus is knowledge of ISMS and ISO 27001 You have very good knowledge of German and English, as well as readiness to travel
