the management and ongoing development of a motivated team with 6 employees in the real estate sector to advise the area management conceptually and strategically in architectural and engineering matters to clarify demand planning, to carry out specialist consultations and to coordinate with the relevant departments (e.g. building supervision, urban planning office, conservation authority, building agencies) To examine the potentials of use and the possibilities of development of our existing properties and to draw up user concepts and refurbishment/modernization reports responsible for the implementation and monitoring of budget and project progress to be responsible as a central point of contact for building preliminary enquiries, concept, location and building planning and security and health coordination (SiGeKo)

with a successfully completed degree in the field of architecture or civil engineering or a comparable qualification as well as relevant professional experience in the management of employees and in the position to inspire them with their communication skills for continuous development equipped with the ''Great Building Templates'' for all buildings independently in your working methods and safely in legal bases, e.g. in construction planning and procurement law and facility management an organizational institution, you can easily think economically and identify optimization potentials equally creative and conceptual, have knowledge in CAD software and rendering programs or are looking forward to accommodating them.
