The Studienkreis GmbH is looking for you in full time for the area of northern Schleswig-Holstein (m/w/d)

Leadership and development: You are responsible for around 25 locations and research circles in your sales area and continuously develop them. Quality management: Together with your team, you will ensure the high quality standards of our services and implement them sustainably. Economic responsibility: You plan the annual targets for the sites and bear the responsibility for their economic development. Marketing: You conduct targeted marketing actions and check their success – always with the aim of further strengthening the Studienkreis brand. Expansion: You identify and develop new locations for our growing company and actively contribute to expansion.

You have successfully completed a commercial training, a study or a comparable qualification. Experience in employee management: You have already gained first leadership experience and want to actively shape the change of the study group. Sales success: You can look back on demonstrable successes in sales and development of sites and continue to strive for sustainable results. Commercial thinking: You always have a clear economic focus and have a good sense of numbers.
