the administration, support and continuous optimization of the HR Software P&I LOGA and actively support the development and implementation of further modules, the responsibility for the introduction and digitization of HR processes and workflows, ensuring, coordinating and controlling all payroll relevant topics as an interface to the external billing service provider and are responsible contact persons in all billing-relevant and pay tax and social insurance issues; the monitoring of audits and activities in the context of monthly and annual audits; the (partial) project management for special tasks and overarching projects.

with a commercial, personalised training and professional experience in the field of HR systems, payroll and digitalization, with sound knowledge of the modular HR software P&I LOGA, strong knowledge of tax and social security law and experience in project management, if entrepreneurial thinking, self-management, commitment, willingness to learn and service orientation with a high target and solution orientation are of course for you and your handling of MS Office products is easy, if organisational and innovation capability, sovereignty and team, conflict, communication and feedback skills complete your profile.
