Vendor / Contract Manager (m/f/d)

As Vendor / Contract Manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for managing and managing our global technology and service partners and ensure that performance, quality and contractual integrity are guaranteed at any time You control the entire contract life cycle – from extensions to adjustments to compliance testing – and make sure that obligations are clearly defined, measurable and operationally anchored In close cooperation with Procurement, Legal, Finance and Technology Operations, you ensure that negotiations, budget processes and compliance requirements are interlocking smoothly. You are responsible for Vendor Scorecards, Performance-KPIs and SLA-Reports, conducting improvement measures and performing regular QBR routines with our partners In escalations or service deviations, you take control, perform RCA analyses and ensure sustainable corrective measures In addition, you support cost and consumption transparency, analyze optimization potentials and accompany strategic sourcing initiatives together with Global Procurement

You bring well-founded experience in vendor and contract management, including safe navigation in complex, global contractual and governance structures A deep understanding of IT service management, SLAs, performance frameworks and operational control models characterizes your profile You have knowledge of modern technology and service environments such as cloud, network, hosting or platform services (SaaS/IaS/PaaS) Strong analytical skills, experience in handling KPI dashboards as well as a pronounced sense of cost and consumption optimization are also brought with you Working with global procurement, legal and security teams is familiar to you, as well as managing large MSPs and international vendor ecosystems Flowing knowledge of German and English as well as the ability to communicate clearly, structured and convincingly with stakeholders at all levels, complete your profile
