The area of outsourcing management is responsible for controlling and controlling outsourcing services. We support the disciplines of financial informatics in their assignments to implement regulatory requirements (MaRisk, DORA), to evaluate risks of service provider relationships and to continuously improve service quality. As an employee in the outsourcing management (m/w/d), you will take over the following core tasks: Implementation of FI requirements to ensure MaRisk and DORA requirements when awarding services to external service providers. Implementation of risk assessments and cyclical review of existing performance acquisitions with regard to categorisation and risk assessment. Detection of action needs in the form of measures that control them and maintain them against service providers in the event of risk-affected performance purchases (e.g. on the basis of FI requirements, events, audit reports). Support for auditing and control activities by working, collecting and preparing relevant documents. Creation of reports on service provider control as well as analysis of the internal FI system and deriving recommendations for action. Participation in contract negotiations with service providers, in particular in the preparation of regulatory additional agreements. Coordination of training and knowledge transfer within the department to ensure a uniform understanding of regulatory requirements.
