Support: In active relationship work, they support and support children and youth individually in accordance with §35a SGB VIII and promote their psychological stability and social skills. Crisis intervention: In challenging situations, you help children and adolescents develop stable coping strategies and conflict resolution capabilities and perform preventive and acute intervention strategies. Perspective: With tailor-made support and support plans and educational projects, you can strengthen the development of children and young people. Qualifications: You have completed a professional qualification as an educatorin (Heilerziehungspflegerin, Ergotherapeutin, Heimerzieherin, etc.) or a social pedagogical study (social work, social education, etc.) and have ideally already gained professional experience in stationary youth assistance – especially in intensive pedagogy. Commitment: You dare to master challenging situations safely and in a solution-oriented manner, approach your tasks with commitment and expertise and always keep in mind the well-being of children and young people on challenging days. Competences: Our educational work is based on stable and trusting relationships that will help you with patience, empathy and sense of responsibility.
