HR Generalist (m/f/d)

You provide advice and support to the approximately 100 employees of the company in all personal questions together with a colleague. You recruit new specialists and executives and are responsible for the complete process from job alerts to contract design. You are responsible for the implementation of administrative processes such as new entries, exits, contract design, work certificates, certification as well as the preparatory pay and salary accounting in cooperation with the external wage office. You revise the time recording and error data in our software every day. You maintain the personal-relevant master and movement data and create evaluations and statistics. You take over proactive personal projects.

You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training or a relevant study and have several years of professional experience in the field of personnel. You are willing to keep themselves up-to-date in matters of expertise, at best bring very good knowledge of labour, social security and tax law and can answer questions from our employees on a variety of topics safely and correctly. You are routined in dealing with MS Office applications, especially with Excel, you know yourself very well. You are characterized by a very good communication capability and good handling methods. As an organized, binding and structured person, you have your tasks under control and do them very carefully and reliably. You like to work in the team and bring empathy and a positive basic attitude. At the same time, you appreciate free space that allows you to work independently and independently.
