Project Management (PM) including Submission, StarT, Medical Writing (including guidance and support for employees:in case of project-related topics, consultations / funding applications and budget control, in the preparation of central documents for clinical trials and standard operating procedures (SOP's)) Staff management and management of currently 20 employees:inside (including the implementation of personnel talks, recruitment procedures in the field of expertise, demand-oriented supervision of employees:in the field of expertise, supervision of professional training and the workload and revision of training plans and job descriptions) Representation of the department internally (e.g. in the management board) and externally (e.g. PPS network) Coordination of clinical trials and research projects in terms of content, administrative and organisational aspects, support for project processes and funding applications, fulfilling organisational tasks, postgraduate teaching

Natural or medical studies or Professional experience in clinical research Three years of professional experience as a project manager of highly regulated clinical studies or in a comparable position, experience in personnel management German at least. C1, English at least B2 expressed team orientation, motivation and communication skills; Enforcement, Analytical and Organisational Skills including Problem Management Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
