IT Business Consultant* E-Commerce

In your role, you will deal with the customer journey, the digitization of customer data and the use / support of appropriate tools towards our customers. You implement and develop new and existing sales processes based on an e-commerce platform and SAP CX by providing sustainable technical solutions. You identify potential for improvement, cost reductions and efficiency improvements and ensure their implementation. You are the primary contact person for process-related questions and implement appropriate technical solutions. You guide smaller projects and act as streamleaders or consultants in larger projects by providing insights and guidelines on process changes, best practices and implementation strategies. You work with Global Process Owners and relevant stakeholders to identify and record business requirements and design, develop and implement solutions that are in line with corporate goals, global standards and best practices. You follow current technological developments and advance their implementation.

You have a successfully completed study or a comparable qualification as well as at least two years of professional experience with a focus on e-commerce and marketing automation, paired with strong digital affinity. You have extensive experience with SAP solutions for sales processes and e-commerce platforms as well as SAP CX and the ability to exchange ideas with developers at a technical level. You think in end-to-end processes and have technical and professional expertise (SAP ecosystem) to implement the best possible customer experience that gives us a competitive advantage. You ideally have relevant experiences in the IT processes in wholesale and retail and communicate with retailers and customers at eye level. You are characterized by excellent problem-solving skills and work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team. You have strong communication skills in German and English and are able to communicate complex issues both technical and non-technical contact persons. These skills help you to showcase workshops and manage external consultants. As part of rollouts or projects, you are ready to make shorter and well-planable trips within Germany and other European countries (max. 30 %).
