Your tasks: Own-sponsored processing of new building and existing projects from project development to project completion Consulting clients and investors in all project stages Creation of feasibility studies, cost-effectiveness calculations, cost and risk analyses and project calculations Control of approval procedures in coordination with authorities and specialist planners Coordination and guidance of all project participants (architects, specialist engineers, experts, construction partners etc.) Active control of time, quality and cost control in all phases Creation of reporting to investors, management and internal stakeholders tender, award and contract management (HOAI, VOB, GU/GÜ contracts etc.) Project execution up to turnkey transfer Your profile: Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, economic engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in project development and/or construction project management in the real estate industry Safe handling of project calculations and economic project evaluation Very good knowledge of private and public building law, contract law and licensing processes High levels of communication and negotiation, enforcement Structured working methods, entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality Joy of responsibility, holistic project support and creative solution finding Very good knowledge in handling all common computer tools Social competence and team spirit Driving licence class B required What is important to you – and also to us: we stand for an open and valuable corporate culture.
