They are responsible for the guidance and practical instruction of participants in the context of integration measures and employment projects. You take over the planning and documentation of the measures according to project requirements They ensure compliance with work safety requirements as part of the use of machinery and equipment You check the presence of participants They act as an interdisciplinary interface to internal units (administration, quality management)

Training in the field of education, commercial, technical or crafts or comparable qualifications Experience in the pedagogical guidance as part of integration projects Training Routined handling of M365 Communication strength and pedagogical skills Structured and independent operation
