Operational personnel control with a focus on personnel cost planning and monitoring Creation and analysis of personal economic indicators for monthly, quarterly and annual reports – including cooperation with external audit bodies such as auditors, auditors and audits Creation of monthly personnel evaluations and forecasts and deviation analyses Participation in economic and personnel planning Conducting Ad-hoc analyses for Management Board and Management Contact person for all questions about personal-relevant key figures
