Then the most important prerequisite is already given! Together with you and colleagues, we would like to advance the Legal section for HANSAINVEST. You can rely on maximum design space and bring your ideas and experiences. We are open to new things! This is what awaits you:

• You will first and review fund documents for our securities funds (investment conditions, sales brochures, PRIIPs and 307 documents)
• You will participate in the digitalization project for the Legal Department
• You follow and implement supervisory changes
• You create and negotiate various contracts for our funds (value paper funds)
• You initiate national and international fund registration
• You advise and process individual legal questions from specialist departments and management
• You communicate externally with the BaFin

You are:

• You have successfully completed law studies (1st and 2nd State Exams) and several years of practical activity as a lawyer/syndicus attorney in the field of asset management or capital management companies or in the financial industry
• Imagining yourself into new topics is one of your strengths
• You have knowledge of investment law and relevant legal and regulatory requirements and standards
• You have an affinity for digitalization and IT
• You can demonstrate good computer skills (Word, Excel Power Point etc.)
• You are communicative and team-oriented and you have an independent, precise and result-oriented way of working
• You think and trade entrepreneurial and keep in mind everything you do, the interest of the company, as well as the interest of customers
• You like to deal with complex issues and like to work in a dynamic environment
