Team Leader*in Service & Security ( Passenger Management) As a team leader at the KVB, you design the use of your team on site – for more safety, cleanliness and service in Cologne's local transport. You take responsibility, strengthen your team individually and ensure smooth operations in your district. Answer: You communicate the district goals clearly and understandably and take responsibility in your role. You coordinate the needs-oriented use of employees in daily operation and support them in tasks such as EBE controls, stop controls, train handling and passenger information.

Lead: As a team leader*in, you lead the field staff in your district both professionally and disciplinaryly. The success of your team is based on the skills of your employees, which is why you regularly conduct discussions to promote and support them. These include return and care talks.

Taxes: You conduct and carry out operating operations with internal and external employees, in particular with special operations, events and targeted measures, according to the requirements of the district management. You ensure the quality by independent analysis of the knowledge of the operator and pass on important findings to the district management.

Passenger management: If you are active, you will support the passengers for their safety, during ticket checks and help the control center in case of malfunctions and restrictions. With your customer-friendly appearance, you set the highest standards together with your employees.

Qualification: You bring several years of professional experience in the field of security or service. In addition, you have successfully filed the IHK examination according to § 34a GewO. IT knowledge: The handling of MS Office products is not a problem for you. Personality & working methods: You work independently and structured, communicate clearly and will be safe. Even in stressful situations, you keep a cool head and stay confident. Flexibility: You are ready to pay for weekends and holidays and also to work in the field at all weather conditions.
