Processing of information in documentation, presentations and reporting Monitoring of deadlines and dates (Digital file management) Communication with clients, authorities and courts Preparatory accounting in cooperation with Office Management Office organization in the form of appointment coordination, travel planning and booking, logistical organization, processing of the mail and design of decision templates

(w/m/d) or equivalent Ideally first professional experience, dedicated beginners (w/m/d) are also welcome Safe handling of popular MS Office applications and language skills in English are desirable Communication strength, absolute reliability and a friendly and professional appearance Joy in work and the facing, service-oriented handling of customers and colleagues Organizational institution
