You have a potential for the whole topic of logistics, organizational skills and like to take responsibility? In this position you complement our 9-headed supply chain team and take over the professional leadership as well as the operational control of the area. You are responsible for the planning, coordination and monitoring of our supply chain and import processes and ensure stable, efficient processes. In doing so, you keep in mind both the daily business and the further development of structures and processes. In close coordination with internal interfaces such as Accounting, Controlling, Sales, IT and E-Commerce, as well as in close cooperation with our logistics partner as well as our colleagues from Europe and China, you will ensure smooth cooperation and order processing. The aim of the role is to ensure reliability, transparency and scalability in the supply chain and thus make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction and business success.

Professional leadership and coordination of the supply chain team (currently 9 employees) as well as central contact for all topics related to warehouse, logistics and import Planning, control and monitoring of supply chain and import processes incl. Date management, customs processing, delivery coordination and audit Priority of tasks, management of day-to-day business and ensuring stable operational performance Interface between production (English speaking), sales, purchasing and supply chain – including direct coordination with our partners in China and Europe Active cooperation in day-to-day business, e.g. order acquisition, warehouse planning and process control Ensuring correct documentation, data quality and processing of all processes in the ERP system Identification of vulnerabilities and continuous optimization of processes and workflows Compilation of evaluations, KPIs and forecasts for controlling the area and derivation and implementation of appropriate measures Coordination and implementation of customer connections and specific customer requirements in the ERP system Close cooperation with internal interfaces (sales, accounting, controlling, IT, e-commerce) for a smooth flow of information Management of national and international projects with our partners in Europe and China

You have a completed commercial training / a completed subject-specific study or a comparable qualification. You bring proven professional experience in a similar position and have leadership experience in this area. You have a secure handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook, and an ERP program. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You have a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working with a strong understanding of operational relationships. You count the ability to prioritize operational issues, make decisions and take responsibility for your strengths, thereby finding solutions to challenges that arise. You are a team player in cooperation with your team and other departments and brings communication strength as well as a sovereign appearance in dealing with internal and external contacts.
