Head of Department for Construction of Church Communities and Historic Preservation (m/f/d)

You guide the unit and control the church community building You optimize processes, structures and projects of the construction of the church communities You shall examine applications for approval with building templates and financing proposals and their decrees You take over the examination and clarification of cases with constructional conditions and monumental issues You take over the examination and clarification of complex construction projects You advise church communities, the archbishops and free architects in the questions related to building matters of the parishes You support the development of building optimisation concepts for the church communities You edit inheritances, gifts and estates You advise on questions about operator responsibility

A completed university degree in Bachelor level in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, Public Management, Dipl. financial or comparable qualifications; further completion (Master) is desirable leadership experience desirable Identification with the aims and values of the Catholic Church
