Completed studies with a personal economic focus or a similarly completed HR qualification (personnel specialist) Multiannual professional experience in recruiting with focus on Active Sourcing / Research in an industrial company or in the personnel consulting Impressed affinity to technology, digitalization and new recruiting tools and trends Good knowledge of English Security in handling MS-Office, knowledge in the SAP-HCM human resources management system (required) Individual initiative, solution orientation and courage to implement innovative ideas Self-employed, proactive and structured working methods as well as communication strength and human knowledge Trustful cooperation with the works council
