Further development and expansion of the commissioning area with a view to future requirements and growth Participation in the implementation of strategic issues in the area of responsibility Optimization, digitization and further development of processes as well as close cooperation with adjacent specialist departments Technical Sparring Partner for Construction and Electrical Engineering with Focus on Innovation and Technology Development First takeover of leadership responsibility and development of team structures Working in day-to-day operations (e.g. deployment planning, project execution, customer contact)

Successfully completed technical training or studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable Multiannual experience in mechanical process operation in machine and plant engineering First experience in coordination or leadership of teams of advantage Interest in developing into a guide roller in a professional and perspective manner Ability to actively shape change and development processes and to accompany teams through transformation phases Strong interest in the further development of structures, processes and technologies Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and hands-on mentality Good knowledge of German and English
