Organisation and coordination of work processes at the construction site Professional leadership and guidance of professional staff Support of the polisher or Construction manager in construction site processing Monitoring compliance with deadline, quality and performance targets Coordination of equipment, material and personnel use Implementation and control of maintenance and maintenance work Detection and elimination of faults in construction site operation Implementation and monitoring of occupational safety, quality and environmental standards Guided construction site documentation and performance certificates Contact for employees, subcontractors and suppliers at the construction site

Completed training in the building industry, e.g. as:

Multiannual professional experience in special construction, pipe propulsion or civil engineering First experience as a foreman, column leader or in a comparable position of advantage Embossed technical understanding Responsible and independent working Enforcement and high team and communication skills Readiness to travel within our construction projects Very good German knowledge (C2 level) in word and writing Class B driving licence, ideally BE or C/CE
