The project coordination department is assigned to the managing directors and acts as a central interface between the program and administration director. It coordinates the preparation of decision-relevant topics between management and specialist departments and is responsible for the preparation of all written submissions and coordinates transversal topics of ARTE GEIE and within the ARTE group.

Write, edit and finalise notes for the bodies of ARTE GEIE and the ARTE group and official letters. Coordination and preparation of working documents (day regulations, protocols, position papers, etc.). Identification, prioritisation and coordination of relevant topics as well as operational support of the managing directors. Project management, monitoring and reporting. Participation in the internal communication of the Programme and Administrative Directorate.

Complete university studies (master or comparable) in political, social, communication or humanities. Perfect mastery of German language and very good French knowledge; good English knowledge. First practical experience in the audiovisual sector or in a European political or cultural institution. Very good knowledge of the German and French audiovisual media landscape. Controlling MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Miro). Your strengths You work independently and are characterized by diplomatic skill and discretion. You quickly identify relationships and set priorities targeted. You have solid editorial skills in the German language and are also able to create French working documents. You work precisely and reliably, even under time pressure and with clear deadlines. You possess team spirit and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
