Team Coordinator Service Desk (m/f/d)

You run a service-desk team professionally and disciplinary You take over the operational planning and control of resources and ensuring optimal utilization within the team You ensure compliance with service standards, processes and quality specifications You support the continuous improvement of our services and the optimization of existing processes and processes You actively participate in the personnel planning, team development and strategic orientation of the team You analyse key figures, write reports and take appropriate measures You actively support change processes and support their implementation within the team You act as a contact person (all genders) for employees, customers and internal interfaces You work closely with the Head of Division and other executives

Successfully completed training in IT or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in IT service desktop or IT support First experience in the leadership of employees Good knowledge of IT service management and ideally experience with ITIL processes Embossed customer and service orientation Analytical way of thinking and a structured and independent way of working High communication and team capability Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (ideally level C2) Good knowledge of English
