Use in the kitchen of our Buff Medical Resort Responsibility for all pre- and post-processing work (mise-en-place) on the inserted post Whole processing of the foods and products used, as well as preparation of food and menu sequences Co-responsibility of the smooth kitchen and service processes Creative support in designing food maps and developing new recipe ideas Compliance and control of quality and hygiene standards according to HACCP Cleaning and care of working utensils and the entire kitchen area

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Experience in the upscale hotel industry/gastronomy You communicate in German, English and/or have other language skills. You are a dedicated personality and are happy to work independently with demanding guests from Germany and abroad. You have the pleasure of handling regional products and foods. With attention to detail, a heart for our guests and a structured way of working, you fit perfectly into our hotel team.
