In introductory management, we advise and support the savings banks in the use and use of new and innovative applications – especially around OSPlus_neo and OSPlus.

Management of complex work packages in the project for the introduction and use intensification of applications, for example from the fields of IT organization, internal control systems, risk management, regulatory and competence and rights systems Conception and (further) development of holistic introductory concepts and advancement of transformation projects – in close cooperation with the project management and various fields of application development and external partners (in particular DSGV and regional associations) Consultation and support of savings banks in the introduction of new IT solutions and digital processes – especially in the context of OSPlus_neo or OSPlus, including the attachment of suitable operational and controlling instruments Conception and implementation of needs-oriented introduction measures from kick-off to the successful use of applications in cooperation with the specialist and management level of the savings banks (e.g. webinars, direct advice on site, tracking of project success etc.) Consultation and support of project managers and executives in the savings banks as well as ongoing exchange with internal and external partners to ensure rapid and broad use of the new IT solutions Presentation of the procedure and applications for internal and external events (e.g. conferences, trade fairs) Conception and implementation of the introductory measures according to the customer requirements together with the project management and takeover of the target responsibility for the work package

Successfully completed studies, e.g. business informatics, computer science or business management – or a comparable qualification At least 6 years of professional experience in the IT, process or business organization or internal processes in savings banks or comparable knowledge Deep experience in managing projects, subprojects or work packages Structured, analytical and independent work as well as the ability to present complex topics in an address-oriented manner High self-responsibility and initiative as well as high enforcing and conflictability as well as joy in contact with our customers and their support in rollout and beyond Safe appearance and high communication and coordination capability as well as pronounced target and result orientation and high level of social competence and team capacity Travel readiness for regular use at savings banks and events
