Senior Property Manager - Driving sustainable real estate solutions with a strong team (m/f/d)

You are the central contact person for tenants and owners and serve the objects independently. You have well-founded knowledge of the management of residential and commercial properties and bring them into all relevant processes. You work closely with our accounting and ensure smooth coordination. Your responsibility lies in lease negotiations as well as communication and correspondence with tenants and owners. You create reporting and budgeting, perform additional cost accounting and maintain the master data in the lease agreement management. In addition, you can independently control external service providers for technical and infrastructure tasks. There is the possibility to assume additional responsibility in the event of interest and to develop perspectively towards a leading role.

You have well-founded expertise and practical experience in the real estate industry. Your work is independent, structured and careful, and you bring a high self-initiative as well as excellent organizational skills. You perform well-kept and professionally and have very good German knowledge in word and writing. You are safe in handling the MS Office products and ideally have first experience with the management software “Domus”. A class B driving licence completes your profile.
